Article 6

The bodies of the Iran Chamber are as follows:

ارکان اتاق ایران به شرح زیر است:

A. The Supreme Supervisory Council
B. The Board of Delegates
C. The Board of Directors

الف- شورای عالی نظارت
ب- هیئت نمایندگان
ج- هیئت مدیره

Article 7

The bodies of the provincial Chambers are:

ارکان اتاق‌های استان عبارتند از:

A. The Board of Delegates
B. The Board of Directors 

الف – هیئت نمایندگان
ب- هیئت مدیره

Article 8 

بند 8

The Supreme Supervisory Council consists of the following persons:

شورای عالی نظارت متشکل از افراد زیر است:

Ministers of Commerce, Financial Affairs and Finance, Industries, Mines and Metals, Agriculture, as well as the President and two of the Vice-Presidents of the Iran Chamber. The Minister of the Supreme Supervisory Council.

وزرای بازرگانی، امور مالی و دارایی، صنایع، معادن و فلزات، کشاورزی و همچنین رئیس و دو تن از نایب رئیس اتاق ایران. مسئول شورای عالی نظارت.

Article 9 

بند 9

The duties of the Supreme Supervisory Council shall be as follows: 

وظایف شورای عالی نظارت به شرح زیر است:

A. Discussing and approving the procedural regulations respecting the conditions of membership in each of the Chambers and determination of its limits upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors.

الف ـ بحث و بررسی و تصویب آیین نامه اجرایی با رعایت شرایط عضویت در هر یک از اتاق ها و تعیین حدود آن به پیشنهاد هیأت مدیره.

B. Policy-making and determination of the general guidelines of the Chambers and supreme supervision of the proper execution of the same in the framework of the relevant laws and regulations.

ب- سیاست گذاری و تعیین رهنمودهای کلی اتاق ها و نظارت عالی بر حسن اجرای آن در چارچوب قوانین و مقررات مربوط.

C. Consideration of the recommendations and complaints of the Chambers respecting the manner of their activities and the means for improvement of their affairs.

ج – رسیدگی به توصیه‌ها و شکایات اتاق‌ها با توجه به نحوه فعالیت و وسایل بهبود امور آنها.

D. Dissolution of the Chambers in accordance with Article 10.

د – انحلال اتاق ها طبق ماده 10.

E. Appointment of the provisional board of directors for a period not exceeding three months for the Chambers which are not able to carry out their duties and at the same time announcing the date of holding a new election.

ه – تعیین هیأت مدیره موقت برای مدت حداکثر سه ماه برای اتاق هایی که قادر به انجام وظایف خود نیستند و همزمان اعلام تاریخ برگزاری انتخابات جدید.

F. Hearing of the report about the performance of the Iran Chamber and Taking decisions on the views presented by it. 

و- استماع گزارش عملکرد اتاق ایران و اتخاذ تصمیم در خصوص نظرات ارائه شده توسط آن.
