Article 1

بند1

To facilitate the laying of grounds for the growth and expansion of the country’s economy, exchange of ideas and expression of opinions by industrial, mineral, agricultural commercial managers, the Islamic Republic of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines is hereby established by virtue of the functions and powers set out in this Law. 

اتاق بازرگانی صنایع و معادن جمهوری اسلامی ایران به موجب حکمی جهت حسن عملکرد و قدرت‌های نشأت گرفته از این قانون برای تسهیل زمینه‌های ارائه رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کشور، مبادله ایده‌ها و بیان نظریات صنعت، معدن، مدیران بازرگانی کشاورزی، تاسیس شد.

Article 2

بند 2

The Islamic Republic of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines is a non – profit making entity with juridical personality and financial independence. 

اتاق بازرگانی صنایع و معادن جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارای ماهیتی غیر انتفاعی، دارای شخصیت حقوقی و دارای استقلال مالی است.

Article 3

بند 3

The Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines which is hereafter called Iran Chamber in this law, shall be situated in the city of Tehran.

مرکز اتاق بازرگانی صنایع و معادن جمهوری اسلامی ایران که از این به بعد دراین قانون اتاق بازرگانی نامیده می‌شود، در شهر تهران واقع خواهد شد.

Article 4

بند4

The scope of activity of a Provincial Chamber is limited to the boundaries as laid down in the Law of the National Geographic Divisions, and each provincial Chamber enjoys juridical personality and shall be independent in its financial and administrative affairs in accordance with the respective regulations. 

گستره فعالیت‌های اتاق استان به مرزهای قانونی تقسیمات جغرافیایی ملی محدود می‌شود و اتاق بازرگانی هر استان دارای شخصیت حقوقی بوده و از لحاظ مالی و اداره امور تابع مقررات خاص است.

Note 1: At least fifty members are needed for establishment of a provincial Chamber. 

تبصره 1: برای تشکیل اتاق استان حداقل وجود 50 عضو الزامی است.

Note 2: Tehran, like other provinces, shall have an independent Chamber and its scope of activity and range of functions will be similar to those of the other Chambers. 

تبصره 2: استان تهران همانند سایر استان‌ها باید دارای یک اتاق مستقل باشد و حوزه فعالیت و دامنه عملکردش همانند سایر اتاق‌های دیگر است.

Note 3: The manner and amount of the Iran Chamber’s financial contribution to the provincial Chambers shall be subject to the approval of the Iran Chamber Board of Directors. 

نحوه و میزان کمک مالی اتاق ایران به اتاق استان منوط به تصویب هیات مدیره اتاق ایران است.
