The functions and powers of the Iran Chamber are as follows:
عملکردها و قدرت اجرایی اتاق ایران به قرار زیر است.
Generating coordination and cooperation among the merchants and industrial, mineral and agricultural entrepreneurs in carrying out the related laws and current regulations of the country.
– ایجاد هماهنگی و مشارکت میان بازگانان و صنایع، معادن و کارآفرینیان کشاورزی در اجرای قوانین مرتبط و مقررات جاری کشور.
Rendering of consultative opinions to the legislative, judiciary and executive powers on the economic issues of the country in the areas of commerce, industry, mining, and the like.
– ارائه نظریات مشاورهای به قوه مقننه، قوه قضایه و قوه مجریه در عملکرد اقتصادی کشور در فضای تجارت، صنعت، معدن و نظایر آن.
Cooperation with the executive agencies and other concerned authorities for the purpose of implementation of the laws and rules, relating to the Chamber.
– مشارکت با سازمانهای اجرایی و سایر اختیارات مربوطه به منظور اجرای قوانین و مقررات مرتبط با اتاق.
Establishment of contacts with the chambers of other countries and forming joint chambers and commissions with them on the basis of the strategic policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
– برقراری ارتباط با اتاقهای سایر کشورها و تشکیل اتاقهای مشترک و نمایندگیها، بر اساس سیاستهای راهبردی جمهوری اسلامی ایران.
Setting up specialized and commercial exhibitions within and outside the country with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce and participation in the seminars and conferences relating to the Chamber’s commercial, industrial, mineral and agricultural activities in the framework of the policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
– برگزاری نمایشگاههای تخصصی داخلی و خارجی با موافقت وزارت بازرگانی و مشارکت در سمینارها و کنفرانسها مرتبط با اتاق بازرگانی، صنعت، معدن و فعالیتهای کشاورزی در چارچوب سیاستهای جمهوری اسلامی ایران.
Making endeavors to survey the foreign markets for Iranian export goods and encouraging and assisting the respective entities to participate in the fairs inside and outside the country.
– تلاش جهت حفظ بازارهای خارجی برای صادرات کالاهای ایرانی و ترغیب و کمک به نهادهای ذیربط جهت مشارکت نمودن در نمایشگاههای داخل و خارج کشور.
Encouraging and promoting domestic investment in production, especially with respect to the production of export goods with competitive advantage.
– تشویق و ترویج سرمایهگذاری داخلی در تولید، بویژه با اولویت تولید کالاهای صادراتی دارای مزیت رقابتی.
Endeavoring in the area of considering and arbitrating the national and international differences which may arise between the members or other applicants by means of setting up the Arbitration Center on the basis of an articles of association which will be prepared by the Judiciary Power and shall be approved by the Islamic Consultative, Assembly (parliament).
– ایجاد کانون حکمیت بر اساس اساسنامهای که توسط قوه قضائیه تهیه و باید توسط شورای اسلامی تایید شود، برای تلاش در منطقه با در نظر گرفتن حاکمیت ملی و اختلافات بینالمللی که ممکن است بین اعضا و یا متقاضیان دیگر بوجود آیند.
To organize and manage the Economic Statistics and Information Center for Completing the tasks and activities of the Chamber.
– ساماندهی و مدیریت مرکز آمار اطلاعات اقتصادی برای تکمیل وظایف و فعالیتهای اتاق
Issuing membership cards in accordance with the by- law of the Iran Chamber to complete the documents required for issuance of commercial cards.
– ارائه کارت عضویت طبق مقررات اتاق بازرگانی جمهوری اسلامی ایران جهت تکمیل اسناد الزامی برای صدور کارت بازرگانی.
Setting up export and import unions and producers’ syndicates in the areas of various commercials, industrial, mineral and services activities according the relevant regulations.
ایجاد اتحادیههای صادرات و واردات و سندیکای تولیدکنندگان در زمینههای گوناگون بازرگانی، صنعت و معدن و فعالیتهای خدماتی براساس مقررات مرتبط.
To hold applied courses in different fields of commerce, industry, mines and services commensurate with the national requirements.
– حفظ روندهای کاربردی در زمینههای گوناگون تجارت، صنعت، معادن و خدمات متناسب با مقتضیات ملی.
Provision, issuance, settlement and certification of documents which are assigned to the Iran Chamber by virtue of international rules, in coordination with the Ministry of Commerce.
– مهیا، نشر، واگذاری و صدور اسناد تکلیفی اتاق ایران مطابق قوانین بینالمللی، با هماهنگی وزارت بازرگانی.
Establishing joint chambers with friendly countries in coordination with the Ministries of Commerce and Foreign Affairs.
– ایجاد اتاقهای مشترک با کشورهای دوست با هماهنگی وزارتخانههای بازرگانی و امور خارجه.
